Aquarelle, encre de chine et gouache blanche pour la couverture des "Contes de Grimm" paru aux �ditions Alsatia en 1955.

Ce dessin repr�sente bien s�r Hansel et Gretel et la sorci�re.

Il y a tout l'univers de Joubert dans ce dessin : la puret� et l'innocence de l'enfance face � la laideur de la vieillesse, l'humour, les arbres tortur�s...

Beautiful colors on this one. The blue/green/gray background really makes the multi-colored characters pop off the page.
