Oooh, not hard to see why the pitch was succesful! So cool seeing G1 combiner Bruticus get the DWJ treatment. Gritty line work definitley matches the character. He wasn't the smartest guy but then again didn't have to be :) And oh yes! We get a pretty happy Starscream. Maybe he was successful in convincing big B to join him in his quest to overthrow Megatron as Decepticon leader?! Or maybe he things that. I'm sure B had no idea what he agreed to, lol. Great piece, Marcus. Congrats!

WTF?!? Is that the Space shuttle on Optimus' Arm? Really cool, energetic piece. Did Daniel mention if he did this purely on spec because he would WANT to be the artist on the book if the project happened?

And here I thought you were just holding it for Felix Moy lol. I am sure I missed the inside joke, but lots of fun seeing all your pictures at SDCC. Amazing, stupendous, and incredible piece. What more can I say other than Uff da! I am hoping to see it in person some day. Now lets get to the nitty gritty.
