My favorite part of the piece is Guido plugging up Cable's oversized gun with his finger.

Wow...congratulations on your recent purchase Thomas. I wish I could've been the one to take this from Bill's hands...but I'm glad these pages are in the hands of someone who appreciates Jim's art like I do.

When Bill owned this book I left him a comment at one point promising to exchange my soul for the page 2&3 DPS - just wanted to extend the same offer to the new owner :)

Wow just an amazing poster and book, but to say that Jim Lee and Scott Williams were better than the GODS John Byrne and Terry Austin, you are having a laugh....

When it comes to the X-Men, John Byrne and Terry Austin are the gold standard. But, nonetheless, congratulations on your acquisition.

One of Jim Lee's most impressive piece ever. And that's saying a lot considering his work ! Thanks for sharing.

Awesome and probably cost effective on a $ per character basis compared to other Lee art. :) Thanks for sharing.

This could easily be the most important piece of "mutant" art from the 90's - which would be like saying "the best song of the Beatles in the 60's". Chapeau, chapeau, chapeau.

Holeeeeee cow, Thomas. There are grails, and then there are grails so holy they're beyond grail status. Just... wow. Thanks for sharing. Great memories of this poster hanging on my wall when I was a teenager. :)

This image is part of my DNA. It was on the back of a Hungarian issue of X-Men. Early 90'. And I have looked at it for hours. Trying to redraw, or just trying to figure out who's who. Amazing piece.
