Featuring my favorite Grendel, Brian Li Sung.

I loved the way Bernie drew him in The Devil Inside ( Grendel 13-15 by Comico in the 80s and later republished by Dark Horse.

Very nice quiet symmetry to the piece and has a resemblance to the stained glass look used in the story.

Saw Bernie post this on FB. Absolute legend in Canadian comics, and this shows why - his composition, colour and sensibility are so uniquely his own.

Congrats on an absolute masterpiece! Bernie really captures the same aesthetic he used in the classic story from his Grendel run.
