Description

This fantastic Santa Iron Man commission by Ron Wilson was a Christmas gift from my friend Aaron this year. I love the way his coat, hat, and bag are all made of metal, and the fun gifts sticking out of the bag. I have always loved seeing superheroes in Christmas settings, as is evident from my Christmas art gallery, and Ron really knocked this out of the park. With many thanks to Aaron and Ron for a wonderful surprise. Merry Christmas!

Lots of Christmas cheer with this piece! It looks like it was used for an in house ad for a subscription drive for the winter! Give the gift of Marvel Comics for Christmas!

I think it was based on a Marvel house ad, with an upgrade to the presents :) I will try to find the original published version and post it, too.

So fun and nostalgic--reminds me of the old Marvel house-ads with the heroes decked out in Christmas outfits. Love the holiday cheer!
