DescriptionEric De Los Santos, a fellow CAFer and friend seems to think I was going to post a Miller piece or Bolland Joker piece after I posted the WM cover. Fortunately, I thought of him and decided to post something else that I think he would enjoy much more. The painted cover to Art of Hellboy and it was also used as an Wildstorm print.In all seriousness, a world of sincere thanks to Jim for finding this and sending this my way. I always love seeing Mike's colour pieces, and this is a prime example of why. Imagine him doing a full story in colour...wow, how great would be? About as great as each and everyone of your posts Joe. Just about. (wipes tear from eye)

Ha! Appreciate the dedication buddy! Not a huge Hellboy fan, but I do LOVE Mignola. Especially on those rare occasions that he paints. And this is one of his best, which fits perfectly into your collection since you settle for nothing less than the very best. Congratulations! But I’ll still be waiting for you to share some of your other hidden goodies. Wink!

You've just broke my collector's dream...in the depths of France, i'd expected find this one...who is an absolute grail for me...today i hate this hobby :-(...second dream broken today after the post of the avengers 57 cover by E.Roberts !! but congrats Joe ! A truly gem

Of course the piece is exquisitely executed but add the fact that Mignola is possibly the greatest, most influential, and innovative creator in past 25 years. Bravo!
