Description

Interesting thing about this cover...it's the 2nd one Duncan made because of an editorial correction for the 1st fully painted draft. The 1st one had the characters of Shade and John reversed, and it was John pointing and shooting a gun. But as the editor pointed out, Constantine NEVER uses a weapon, especially not a gun. And...it's another great painting. The first version of this cover is out there too...i sold it years ago.

Looks so much better than published with stronger colors and more vibrant contrasts. The kaleidoscope look of Shade's technicolor coat is awesome!
