Description

This is Manuel. When he was three he lost is arms in a terrible Big Wheel accident. Last year he was given Walter as his helper Bee. Walter loves helping, even if he is on a leash. Art by Christopher Uminga. Size is 11X15 watercolor, ink, on 140lb cold press watercolor paper.
