This is the very last cover Ron ever made during his run of the Silver Surfer. Looking at this page versus Ron's early work in issue#15, one can see a huge contrast in details and textures. This is one of my favorite pages.

Rom Lim' Surfer combined the 90's dynamism with a touch of classic Marvel magic. It was good to see the Surfer roam space! Great cover
