DescriptionFor a blind girl, Alicia surely dressed very groovy in the early 1970s ! 107 was the first issue drawn by Big John with usually great Joe Sinnott inks ! This is my secret main collection goal: to get all Ben/Thing transformation pages, which is very difficult as he doesn't transform 2-3 times in every FF issue like the Hulk does in his title. Drawn 1970, published Feb. 1971. If you want to see more of this, look up my other page from issue 107 http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=626928 ! More BlahBlah from the auction ad: "Buscema and Sinnott nod to the series' co-creator, Jack Kirby, with a panoramic spread of Kirby-style power-bursts (first panel) surrounding a transformational image of the Thing, reverting to his human self, Ben Grimm. Ben lives up to his name, here -- even grimmer than usual. The blank section at bottom was designed to accommodate a house advertisement."Social/Sharing |

Yet another amazing goal you've reached, Tommy. Terrific (and rare) page from two giants!
