The right thumb looks a little wonky and almost gives you the illusion it's on the wrong side of the hand but if you focus on the perspective of that thumb you'll see it points the correct direction. Flawless piece. I'm a much bigger fan of the fluidity of Adam's con sketches than anything else he does. They have a raw kind of character that is difficult to achieve. As an artist I respect what he does. Kudos for having the privelage of taking one home.

I love this piece! I too got on Adam's list at Heroe's this year with a Jean Grey Phoenix commission request...You won out though! I saw Adam working on this and inquired and he (very nicely) said sorry, this one was for someone else and to keep trying. My heart dropped as I thought I had hit the lottery when I saw him working on it! Oh well-it's beautiful. I'll keep trying. I got a Tony Harris Batman commission along with two other Batman pieces by Dustin Nguyen and Eric Powell respectively that helped to ease the pain of again not getting on Adam's list!
