DescriptionThe Life & Times of $crooge McDuck was one of the best comics ever drawn, where Don Rosa painstakingly recreated Uncle Scrooge's life story based on tidbits and morsels dropped by Carl Barks over decades of his stories. The result was an Eisner-award winning series that's been been translated into millions of languages and printed bazillions of times. And it's amazing! A complete and utter blast!!After keeping the art for decades, Don finally decided to sell it through Heritage, chapter by chapter. I'm normally not a cover guy, but this was my second-favorite cover of the series! I had to at least try, and was thrilled to win it! A very fun piece of duck history that looks glorious in person. For Rosa fans, you'll also notice the D.U.C.K.! ARTWORK: 11" x 16" - Edge-to-edge! No margin/border! RELEASE NOTE: This chapter was originally released in 1993 in serialized form. Critically acclaimed and one of the most significant stories of all Disney characters. Rosa's artistry created an epic and his artwork for this story is legend around the world. The finest of his career.
