Description

So, Kestrel isn't really a major Titans villain but he's caused so many headaches for 2 of my favorite Titans, Hawk and Dove, that I had to include him in the book! This is my first sketch from Scott Kollins and I'm pleased with the expression and pose of the character! I'm glad to have both Scott and Kestrel in the book! Heroes Con 2015.

Technically though, he HAS fought the Titans at least once.

I believe it was in Teen Titans #27 and 28. Gail Simone was the writer and Rob Liefeld did the artwork. The Titans teamed up with Holly and Dawn Granger to deal with Kestrel. To my knowledge, the story's never been reprinted.
