Description

Tom Grindberg Silver Surfer #4 Cover Re-Creation Illustration Original Art (2005). A wonderful re-creation of the iconic scene that originally played out on the 1969 Silver Surfer #4 cover by John and Sal Buscema. Tom Grindberg renders his take on the clash between the Surfer and Thor in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15.25". Stat logo and header paste-ups, and signed by Grindberg "after Buscema" at the bottom right.
