The granduer and the power of Kirby on full display! Kirby charisma comes through with the bold strokes and in the creation of this large image of Thor. It has emotional depth and weight, all that the page would bear even without any of Lee's dialogue.

Fabulous Kirby splash! The bulk of both heroes, their tortured expressions, and the fact that Thor looks down while Lady Sif gazes up and away give it such emotional heft.

From the God's mind(s?), this story doth spring forth. From the God's pen, this image doth flow. This is the act three plot point. Thor is at his lowest, bereft of his hammer, the end is nigh, and yet!, he doth find a way to triumph!
