The BEST Spectre series of them all. This scene harkens back to those great and classic More Fun Comics covers.

One of my favorite series as well. Aparo's art suits the Spectre so well. The cover works so well in black & white. Classic!

Classic cover by Aparo! This stretch is recognized as his best work! Maybe because of theme and freedom to work it was what inspired the best out of him.

Killer cover! The Aparo/Fleisher run on the Spectre is a high watermark in mainstream comics.

Phenomenal cover to Adventure Comics featuring the Spectre! Just a great cover with the Spectre appearing in front of a car escaping from some crime scene, with the passengers blasing their machine guns at whoever's following them! Stunning compositiion and sharp, crisp inks on this cover from legendary Jim Aparo. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
