Description

This piece is truly the stuff of nightmares, and for some reason when I came across it on Heritage I decided I wanted it. It is very unnerving and disturbing, but like my love of horror it speaks to me. But I know nothing about it or the artist, so here is the Heritage description:

Esoteric imagery by Joseph Borzotta, who describes his paintings as "Open ended images allow the viewer to fill in the blanks with their own thoughts and experiences. The paintings are sort of a visual exploration into existentialism - analyzing existence and the freedom, responsibility and isolation of the individual. Mixed media on thick illustration board with an image area 9.5" x 14.5". Edge wear, smudging, and corner bends. Otherwise, art is signed and in Excellent condition.
