Description: Complete two-page story entitled ”The Stimoceiver,” illustrated by Sam Glanzman (pencils & inks), which was in The Big Book of Bad, published by Factoid Books / DC Comics in May, 1998.

This is the story of a scientist, Dr. Jose Delgado, who invented the “stimoceiver,” an electronic radio-controlled device which when implanted in the brain of animals or man would alter their behavior. Reportedly he received funding from the CIA which ran a mind-control research program. A fascinating and scary premise!
A living legend, Sam Glanzman, is truly a man who needs no introduction. His career has spanned over 50+ years from the Golden Age of Comics to the present day. Some of the series bearing his unique style are KONA, US.S. STEVENS, JUNGLE TALES OF TARZAN, HAUNTED TANK, COMBAT, HERCULES, ATTU, JONAH HEX, A SAILOR’S STORY and hundreds of short stories for various comics..

Condition: Both pages have “Return to Sam Glanzman” on back, written in his own hand. /b> Both originals measure 12” x 17-1/2” and are in Excellent condition. All of the captions and word balloons are pasted on. A couple are slightly tan but otherwise clean.
