DescriptionJuan Ferreyra has been on my radar for a year or two now. He's done some really interesting work on Spider-Man and Batman and Robin and I've been patiently waiting for the right book for me to jump on and get a page of art. I feel like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the right fit for him and I hope he stays on the book for a good, long run.Not sure why he colors in the originals but I'm glad he does. Really makes the page stand out in my collection. Court from Comic Con Art was great to deal with as a bonus. Social/Sharing |

A light wash of his watercolors adds to much to the mood of his pieces. They may go over them during the printed version, so this was done for his own satisfaction because he just can't leave his vision unfinished.

not only do I love falling pages but I love color in published interior artwork when it's done with intention for the right reasons and in the right way and this page qualifies!! love every panel, and once he switches to silhouettes in the final 2 panels the dash of color becomes even more effective. I wish I stumbled onto this one first! great pickup.

Your patience paid off, Steve, because this is areally nice page. Not only the content quality, but the style. The colors are nice, too!

Yup, I need to get my Juan example, too. I do like this storytelling here and some NICE line work on the smaller Turtle figures. Congrats, man!
