Just like Canete, Chuck Arnold knows the importance of the red pencil layer under the drawing of Cyclops to represent the ruby red theme of the character. The gritted teeth reminds us how Cyclops struggles to keep his eyelids open to the point of tears with the unfocused optic blast.

Chuck's got skillz! Great design with Cyclops using his powers to blast straight through the X. And can't beat that sketch card stock. Nice gift/piece!
