Description

The cover art to Alias #2 is a fantastic example of David Mack's artistic technique and is as literal a representation of the term "mixed media" as I've ever seen. The painted figure of Jessica Jones is surrounded by a manila envelope that has been pasted to the art board with a box formed by a repeated series of images of her face from a rubber stamp. The envelope has postage stamps and post marks along with Rush, Fragile and Do Not Chew or Crush Swallow Whole stickers. Sweater by Guess. Bag by Sak. Tape by Sony. Hair by David. It's a testimony to David's talent to see this many different inputs come together to create something so beautiful and compelling.
