Description

I always wanted a sketch cover by Nat Jones because I am a HUGE fan of his work. Nat put this one on eBay, and I only had to deal with one other bidder to get it. The only thing I wonder about is Frazetta's association with the character. Wikipedia lists The Moon Maid to be a novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Frazetta's name is nowhere to be found in the wikipedia listing. 12/2/09 - Updated the picture with a scan from Nat himself. Thanks Nat!

Another lovely piece by Nat. Frazetta did a book cover for The Moon Maid, with the title character astride a centaur-like creature. The girl in this drawing is styled after Frazetta's.
