Description

The Romita's blew me away with the Spider-Man in the rain cover, and it quickly became my favorite JRJR Spider-Man image—just shot to the top. So, I jumped at the chance when Burkey offered up this Rough Stuff #3 cover (TwoMorrows, 2007) which had that same vibe and instant callback. Sometimes it can take awhile, but I couldn’t be happier to check my one JRJR Spider-Man piece off my list. Big thanks to Mike for really workin' with me on this one!

Whats not to love.. I think JRJR did a great job in creating own unique look for Spider-Man. Thanks is a great piece! CONGRATS!!!!

The simple city silhouette and night sky, make the Spidey in repose stand out, like a spider in the center of its web.

Love this! The balance point is drawn perfectly here and it makes for one of the best Spider-Man poses I have seen. Excellent piece!
