Being from my first issue, picking up a page from The Warlord #26 is always special! This issue of The Warlord quickly made me a lifelong fan of both the character and the artist. Mike Grell's high adventure, savage fantasy & lovable characters made the series one of my all-time favorites.

A standout page from the ealy prime of Grell on Warlord. Very confident in breaking panels with large images, fantastical setings, and high action quotient!

Grell could really draw and looking at this page.I wonder if this series influenced He-Man creators in any way. Congrats on a sweet page!

Gorgeous page from the early days of Warlord. Superb work by Mike Grell and Vince Colletta. Doesn't get much better than this.
