1979 From the story "Conan the Buccaneer 3/4: The devil-tree of Gamburu / Plants that devour� written by Roy Thomas Adapted from a story by Lyon Sprague de Camp and Lin Carter

One of my favourite story arcs. Large scan to follow next week - many thanks to DG

Oh - and the original $60 price tag is still on the back !!! Back in the day it took me a week's hard labour to earn $2 so that I could get my fix of Star Wars trading cards, gum and comics.
