Iron Fist by Bruce Timm. Thank you, eBay.

I grew up in the Kung Fu era - everything was Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris. It was only a matter of time before I discovered Iron Fist and embraced the character. Then Brubaker and Fraction made him cool for the modern era. Thank you to them. If you ever hear Kaare Andrews give his thoughts on Danny's origin, it makes Bruce Wayne's torment seem like a bump in the road.
