Description

I first saw Sandy Plunkett's art in the pages of Marvel Fanfare. I loved the covers and pinups and the occasional story he would do, but it was never enough for me. He was going to be at the 3 Rivers Con in Pittsburgh and he posted some lovely pieces he was going to have for sale, but by the time I saw it they were all spoken for. And then good luck struck, the original buyer of the Hawkeye piece had to back out, and Sandy offered it to me. Of course I said yes, and it was a pleasure to meet him and chat about comics for a while!
