DescriptionLike my impromptu recreation of Conan Annual #6, here’s another freehand I randomly started up at my friend’s house in the early ‘80s. I just remember being really impressed with the look of this new Iron Man villain and loved that ink job. I thought Milgrom & Layton’s cover was really cool, and I was getting back into Iron Man at that time. In the lead up to Invincible Iron Man #156, I remember enjoying the debut of the brand new Outer Space Armor, battles with Backlash, the iconic clash with Dr. Doom, badass new Stealth Armor, the return of the Unicorn, and finally the dazzling debut of the Mauler.Art from 1981 - 10x10.
