Description

A commission from 2013. I figured today was a good day to dig this out. I heard the sad news that George Perez passed away last night. I've been fortunate to own a few great examples from this legend. George was always the man to tackle big events. He was always the man to tackle 100 characters on one page. He drew so many great artworks in his career. And he was always at a con with a smile. There will never be another human like George. Rest in peace.

There's nothing that George couldn't draw. And in looking back at his amazing career, you might almost think that there wasn't anyone he DIDN'T draw. When it comes to comic characters, George was practically an artistic dictionary. With a talent as big and bright as his beautiful smile.
