Description

Due to a stroke of amazing luck, I found and bought an Erik Larsen original of Savage Dragon from 1982 on eBay.

At NYCC this year, I commissioned a recreation in Erik's current style, with the current Dragon, of the piece from 1982 - and this is the result.

Erik was a little irked by some of the anatomy in the original, so I told him to tweak as he saw fit.

I'm going to have them framed together to show the progression of both the character and Erik's art in the 30 years between the two pieces.
