Description

From the legendary Lifedeath storyline comes this excised pencil panel which Jim Shooter deemed too risque because of the cleavage showing under Ororo's right bicep.
Yup, the notion is laughable in these days of Manara's variant covers, but the EIC must've felt quite wholesome that day.
BWS cut it out and sold it. I acquired it from a friend who kept it "stored" in a pile of mags, with part of it sticking out and being sunbaked for a couple years.

Great story behind a beautiful panel. It looks like only wholesome portion of the art was allowed to bake in the sun. Even your friend did not want the other part to be seen.
