Description

An exceptional splash page from the short-lived Romance Comic, "Heart And Soul", from Ross Andru and Mike Esposito's Publishing Venture (MikeRoss Publications, June-July 1954). Just like Simon & Kirby they picked a bad time to self-publish.

Yowza, what a trippy Twilight Zone-esqe splash. Andru and Esposito were giving it their all here. An exceptional piece of art. Congrats, Lars!

I think people forget that Andru & Esposito began to self-publish before Simon & Kirby. Great page!!
