Description

I discovered Tillie's books fairly recently, her earlier fantasies such as The End of Summer and the memoirs such as the quite wonderful, and Eisner-winning Spinning and the opus that is On a Sunbeam. I managed to get in contact and she agreed to draw something for me - what turned out to be a lovely painting of her own character, the ice-skater in Spinning. She is a brilliant, new (ish) storyteller. Thanks Tillie!

Wonderful work! Thanks for sharing Malcolm! ( I was able to get two pages from On a Sunbeam through her publisher last year.) you are correct-she is brilliant.
