Page 6 of the Speed Force Special which served to introduce us to Cobalt Blue (Malcolm Thawne) and preceded the well known Chain Lightning arc of Flash.

I'm surprised it was still available.

Thanks for the kind words Gal but I don't see myself parting from it for quite a while if ever. Largely because I keep hoping Cobalt Blue will make a comeback. But I will keep it in mind of course.
