Description

Card #86 from the 1996 Amalgam Comics card set. The card features:

Deadeye: William Lawton, a deadly mercenary and a supervillain from the Amalgam Universe. He reportedly never misses a mark. This assassin is a fusion of the Marvel villain Bullseye and the DC villain Deadshot. He was created by D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel.

Wired: Nathan Chase is the amalgam of Marvel Comics Stryfe and DC Comics Manhunter. Wired is a cybernetic assassin who can telekinetically create weapons from metals within his own body.

Lethal: Sergei Miverva is the amalgam of Marvel’s Kraven the Hunter and DC’s Cheetah. In an attempt to become the best hunter in the world, Sergei underwent an ancient ritual that transformed him into a human/cheetah hybrid.

Very nice with McDaniel's sharp artistry for solid black and white for a packed 90's card design. The powdery blotting for the background makes the characters pop even more!

Great piece! Where did you find it? Direct from Scott? I'm always looking for Amalgam pages and card art. I have several pages from Assassins, but I've never seen one of Scott's Amalgam trading cards until now. Congrats!
