I picked up this neat little gem at SDCC '09. I think the note on the back is just hilarious. It's essentially Ditko doing a WC Fields "Go away kid, ya bother me" sketch. Included was the envelope the sketch came in- postmarked 1967.

So it's true - he did sketch for fan-boys back in the day! Awesome find at SDCC! Great combination of signatures too!
