DescriptionHere's a really nice Wonder Woman cover I was fortunate enough to acquire.For those who are wondering why it's drawn in such an atypical fashion...I believe the answer was that this cover was being used for digital release of the comic and for something else too. So Adam had to draw it in a certain way to accommodate the different mediums. I particular like how Adam made the sunlight shine from the back of WW's head and other parts of her figure. I've been reflecting on all the covers that Adam has done over the years. He's really technically an even more amazing artist than say back 2002-2004 when he was doing his WW cover run. Adam has Outdone himself here. Diana, her form, her posture of flight, The Clouds!!!!, the light, all come together in an Alchemy to produce a Grand Masterpiece. Adams Best to date.

WOW! That is absolutely gorgeous. Adam Hughes just keeps getting better and better. How he controls the values on this piece to create such effect is masterful. In my opinion Hughes creates the definitive vision of Wonder Woman. Majestic, Powerful, Beautiful. That background is stunning. I thought for sure he'd just cgi'd a photo behind the figure when I first saw this in color but to see it was done traditionally is awe inspiring.
