DescriptionHere's the cover art to Nick Fury #14...voted a "Top 5 Iconic" Nick Fury cover by Comic Buyers Guide.The original Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD run set new standards of visual sophistication led by the Op-Art influenced style of Jim Steranko. Herb Trimpe brings plenty of 1960s swagger and Steranko-inspired aesthetics for my modest budget…and features a CLASSIC central figure of Nick Fury, gun blazing, surrounded by a bullseye and montage of iconic images (Helicarrier, Hydra agents, life model decoys, etc) to perfectly fit my collecting goals. "A Day In the Life!" of Marvel's spy hero. Love the striking bullseye design-- by coincidence, a villain named Bullseye is introduced in the next issue Nick Fury #15! With SHIELD now playing majors role in Marvel comics, movies and most recently the Agents of SHIELD TV series, Nick Fury's profile and public exposure has never been greater. This is a powerful cover and features the dynamic talent of Herb Trimpe.He's one of the best and this cover is the proof.I appreciate your enthusiasm as this is a super addition to your collection.

Very cool! Herb did a beautiful job here. Loved his Hulk, Godzilla & Shigun Warriors as a kid! Great memories!

WOW! The cover to a 15-cent comic! And an awesome Nick Fury comic to boot. I love the image of Nick here. It really captures his essence. Chompin' on a cigar and wielding a big gun. Love the image of the Helicarrier to his right. Just a fantastic piece, congrats!

Stunning cover! I think I was the under bidder back in the day and have regretted this one for a long time lol. Congrats on it -- a wonderful gem in a even more wonderful gallery!! Man this one is nice!

It's tough to follow in Steranko's wake of tremendous Nick Fury covers, but Trimpe hit it out of the park with this one! Great peice Dino
