I think this is the second Marvel comic published with Byrne art, it's the last page of John Byrne's first work on Iron Fist !!!
This brings so much back ... and this last panel is just awesome and yet more is to come if you look under the bottom stats !!!!
The page has been slightly damaged by water or moisture but it remains an absolute favorite page of mine !!!

Romain this is a fine addition your already impressive collection! One of my favorite Marvel issues. Byrne's first work for Marvel was Giant Size Dracula#5.
