Matt Busch was nice enough to let me have this for a generous price, after I'd queried about other Alley Baggett paintings which turned out to be sold. I have no idea why this sexy portrait never saw publication.

Alley enjoyed a phenomenal run for many years as one of the sexiest models in Playboy Newsstand Specials. Her Alley Cat comic book was potentially interesting, but never matched either the popular impact or allure of Alley herself.

Matt's painted interpretations of Alley were probably the best things about that title, and a spin-off pin-up comic too.
