Description

Hannibal King has a macabre style, somewhat along the lines of Tim Vigil. He can bring the grotesque and twisted to vivid life. King was very enthusiastic about tackling this sketch, even quoting a line of dialogue from Return of the Jedi! He definitely captured the likeness and mood of the Empire's supreme ruler.
