Description

This was a redesign of Lian Harper as Red Hood if she were to appear in the Batman Beyond universe.

"i saw a design for a batman beyond!universe arrow family member and i thought i’d do my own take

i like the idea that the queen/harper families have vast amounts of money at their disposal for new technologies nobody’s even seen before they have - hence the visor over the hood and the laser bow (she can make arrows with her hands)

since the design is more of an arsenal throwback, the bow can compress or expand and turn into different weapons (laser sword, nunchucks, shoulder-mounted beam canon)"

Truth be told, CiLc did this in response to a Red Hood beyond design he saw that he didn't like.
