DescriptionAfter 3 years of not really trying to approach Barry at a festival, given the crazy long files in front of him,I managed to get a sketch from him this year with a strong help from Fons and Mark(huge thanks guys!).Well, this was obviously worth the wait as Barry said that this last sketch of the Lille 2009 festival was one-if not THE-favorite he drew this year.I think he was at it for close to 1 hour.Understand that Barry doesn't charge for this kind of quality sketches, hence the huge lines. He prefers to be able to talk with the fans, which we did plently. So thanks again to Barry for the top notch class act which is also a lesson in my book for many other pros in the industry.About the sketch itself,Barry asked if he should PAINT T'Chala in dark blue or grey...I went for blue given that is the way he was often portrayed in the 70s comics :)Social/Sharing |

Great addition to your collection!! I've not seen too much of Barry's color work. It's a great piece.

I've been to lots of shows where no one in Barry's line got a "sketch" as cool as this one. Awesome!
