Description

One of the most famous of the early Australian strip artists one of Stan Cross's cartoons was turned into a 3 dimensional statue to be used as a major award for comic creators down under.
This piece is huge bigger than early mutt+ Jeffs took up 2/3rds of the couch!
Gus Walker whose name is written near Stan's on the art was a reporter at the paper where Stan had his studio- Walker's wife collected cartoon originals part of her collection is archived in Australia- presumably Walkers name is on this because stan gave the original to him= will need to be mailed folded along current fold due to size
