I don´t know if it´s the best splash by byrne/austin of the entire uncanny x-men run, but it´s a GREAT splash. It´s really a GRIAL!!!!

Surely not... I remember this page so well in one of the earliest X-Men back issues that I bought. I can't believe the condition it appears to be in... truly a monumental piece!!

Yes, definitely the best. At that time, double sized splashes were not that common. This must be amazing seen in person
