Description

Ian Chase Nichols, did the first of 2 live streams for essential workers on the front line to people just having a really difficult time or suffering depression. I didn’t understand at first and blurted a character request but when I realized even though I have to do ‘essential work’ and have had my moments, I probably wasn’t at the level what others were going through. I asked to be taken off the list but Ian decided to keep me on.

He drew me Venus Dee Milo from X-Statix for free. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his generosity to me and kindness to others at this time. While he was sketching I decided to donate $25 to Boston Medical Center in his name which is close to his home for Covid-19 relief.

Sadly, days later my son was in a very serious place (my son will be ok and is getting better) where I had to leave home for over a week to be there for him and was unable to receive the letter and post this awesome piece until now. Ian’s letter was the first thing I opened when I got home for some sense of relief which I believe was one of his intents and I am very thankful for it.

If you want someone to support that’s a good guy, Ian is one of the great ones. I am working with him for a future commission now. Thanks again for your generosity and thoughtfulness, Ian 🙂 it’s very much appreciated!
