DescriptionFlash Gordon Sunday Strip, 4-29-1934.This is undoubtedly the grail of my collection. I grew with my father telling me the stories of Flash and i still remember when we saw the movie in 1980, with the soundtrack played by my beloved Queen. When i came home holding it in my own hands, i was as happy as a kid, and i still am. Thanx a lot to Sergio for having made my dream come true. This is the 17° sunday ever drawn, one of the oldest known to exist and it features the first appearance of Prince Barin. Lionmen, Treemen, Princess Aura, Prince Barin, Dr.Zarkov and my hero, Flash, all together. What more could i ask for ? This one's for you Dad. Auctioned by Russ Cochran in March, 1992. Wonderful example of Flash Gordon, with most of the main characters. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to see this kind of masterpiece. Respect!

It's hard enough to find an Alex Raymond Flash Gordon Sunday psge on the market let alone an early first appearance of a key character. This was an amazing find and you were fortunate to have had the knowledge to buy it when you did. Congratulations on owning an historic piece of comic art that truely belongs in a museum
