Someone either meant it as a homage to Budd, or has just forged this (with his signature)...

ebay dealer "gallery-ca" has been selling forged sketches of Cavewoman and other recognized artists. If this piece was purchased from him, ebay or paypal may be able to refund your money due to fraud.

I agree -- this doesnt look like Budd's artwork.... if you bought it from ca-gallery, then I am pretty sure you got stiffed as they have recently sold some fake Budds through ebay. If I were you, I would try to get my money back.
