So my friend Lan came through for me in a big way this weekend. He was attending the Mini-MegaCon down in Florida, and said he's be able to get anything for me if I so desired. I sent him some money, originally hoping to get an Amanda Conner and a specific Phil Noto piece. Unfortunately Amanda had to cancel due to deadlines and work loads, and Phil doesn't work on the kind of pencil piece I was looking for at conventions because they're too time consuming, plus he wasn't taking many, if any regular commissions. So when Lan called me and told me the news, he said he was standing in front of Darwyn's table, Darwyn was just arriving, and no one was on his line yet. I told him to get me the best White Queen piece he could from Darwyn. I was floored when he sent me this pic. The more I look at this, the more I LOVE this piece.

I'll post a proper scan when I get the piece in hand, this is an adjusted imaged from a camera pic.
