DescriptionLoved this part of the run. I think Klein's inks on Big John's pencils really gave depth and weight that went well with the complexity of the stories.In this story, the Avengers are called by an astral projection of (the then masked - loved that short run) Doctor Strange to help with a world threatening danger. You've got the "fire," are you going to get the ice? This half of the two title splashes is particularly memorable. I was only around five, so the world ending in a comic book still seemed a rather scary concept. Fifty-six years later, the art still packs an impact.
